The Field House is located in the park on Centre Street. The building will hold 140 people sitting and 180 people standing. The Field House has both a men’s and women’s bathroom, plus a full kitchen for cooking which contains a large freezer, fridge and range. Chairs and Tables (12 six foot and 7 eight foot) are available.
Our Field House was designed for the use of all clubs and different events happening in and around our community. The Field House is booking quickly, so any new bookings should be done sooner rather than later, like most community centres.
A damage deposit of $350.00 (three-hundred and fifty dollars) is taken from renters in order that we can replace and/or repair anything damaged by the renters and guests during their occupancy of the building. It may also be used to compensate the Association for having to clean up after the function.
Field House bookings are ONLY done through Rhonda Johnson, do not contact other board members.
Cost for Renting the Field House starting September 2010:
- 1-4 Hours: Membership $125.00 and Non-Membership $175.00
- 4-8 Hours: Membership $225.00 and Non-Membership $275.00
- 8-12 Hours: Membership $325.00 and Non-Membership $375.00
- Large Event: $500.00 includes day before and day after event.
- Ball Diamonds: $200 per diamond
